Sean Nelson – Graphic Designer.

Based in Minneapolis, MN

I’ve been designing professionally since 2015. Like most people, I didn’t know what I wanted to do with my life even after graduating college. All I knew is that I had a very creative mind, oozing with amazing ideas and an undeniable desire to bring them to life. Through personal research, experimentation and YouTube University, I learned the ropes and taught myself how to navigate design tools. From there, I took a job on the marketing team (and a pay cut, ouch! but so worth it!) and worked my way into a real life graphic designer role.

The sky was the limit after that. As a designer, I’ve worked on in-house marketing teams, as an independent freelancer and I’ve even gone so far as to start my own design business: Hoydado Design Co. You can checkout some of my work on our Instagram here.
